Just an idea, but as a global aficionado, I have both been reported by and witnessed reporting by lots of lower level players, mostly it's just done out of nothing more than "having a laugh" and a lot of reporting has nothing to do with bad language or inappropriate language, so maybe it would be an idea to ban reporting from levels 50 and under as they do seem to make the most uncalled for reports. As I said, only an idea, but does it have merit ???
This is a pretty good idea :thumbsup: I do think it should be added to the game, because noobs are so annoying sometimes.

My comment above I could not resist. I do think that's how a lot of the lower level guys that are kids think. I have more than once see a guy sit there trumpeting 'I reported you' to one person after another and their sense of triumph is ...words escape me
But I don't think a level limit is right. I have seen higher up guys behave badly too, the lower ones have no monopoly on that. I just wish SC could learn to filter noise from legitimate complaints better. I think for global they just run counters without looking. So if one guys gets several in a short period of time he gets the ban.
I have seen evidence of this theory where I have seen someone that did nothing but was being bullied by a kid that seemed to know several other there. The kid took several name calling abuse posts and then said in all caps SHUTUP!!. The bully and his friend started talking back and forth saying everybody report him. I think they did too, and then the kid vanished a few minutes later.
I don't talk much if I ever watch global. Usually just sit there and be amazed for a few minutes until I get bored or need a shower whichever comes first.
