I keep finding my highest trophy count is THE SAME as my actual trophy count AFTER I lose a defense.
i sent email about this, but got back pure bumf.
i replied to the bumf, but my email was rejected by the server.
This has happened multiple times.
The system is not tracking highest trophy count reliably, and so far Supercell's response has been unsatisfactory.
Are you referring to the tracker in the Sweet Victory achievement? It should always display the highest trophy count you have achieved. If you hit say 1200, then lose 200 and are currently at 1000, it will still show 1200. If you are seeing something different, please take some screenshots and let us know.Quote:

You have 2051 trophies in that screenshot (With a high score of 2503) - you need to gain about 500 more trophies to push that number higher. I think you're looking at the trophy score of the person who attacked you.Quote:

If you have 2500, lose 5 (to be at 2495) then gain 3 (to put you at 2498) your score doesn't go up by 3 for winning 3. Your highest you've ever been at is still 2500.

When I checked my profile, it showed highest trophy count as 2503. But that was not my highest count, since I had just lost 9 cups.

It doesn't add up. Actual=Highest would only happen after a win that put you at your personal best. NOT after a loss.
This has happened before. It is not that I don't understand how 'highest trophy count' works. It is that the system is not counting properly.

I'm not sure if that +25 defense win you had was in the same "logoff" session as the -9, but if so, I think that is a known issue. It lumps all the scores while offline into the one when you log back on.
Sorry for my confusion. If that +25 and -9 were both while logged off, I'll bring it up again to the devs, I'm not sure the server saves the score attack by attack while offline.
Did you log on after you won that defense that got you to 2512? Or did you win that defense and lose that defense on the same time you were logged off? The highest trophy count only goes up if you would have won that defense and logged on.Quote:
