Tips on my base?

I'm a th6 now and I want to know if I need to improve anything

After mortars finish upgrading upgrade camps so you can take the maximum num of troops to battle. Attack a lot of people and max level your other buildings and troops including walls before next TH upgrade. Your base design is good for your current level.

1 question though, should I upgrade my clan castle or defenses first?

If you are in a clan that donates quickly I'd do your clan castle first. It's quite useful on both offense and defense. If donations are slow in your can I'd do your wizard towers.

My cc is lvl 2 and I think I'm gonna be upgrading it first cuz I'm farming at the moment so only low lvl people attack me

On a helpful note, you may want to consider putting your TH on the outside of your base, I know it might seem dumb but theres a good reason for it.

If the TH is on the outside, non-farmers will try and go for it first, if you have enough cover on it then you will kill most of the troops leaving none to attack anything else and they leave with one star at the most and you lose 3-10 medals and get an easy shield protecting you from decent players.

If you cover your resources well too then if they try and farm them, they may get about 10k at most which is hardly anything cos goblins die pretty easy.

You simply wanna have all your defence units covering each other internally with gold walls and resources/TH externally. Yes you may get the odd awesome clasher who kicks your bases butt but who doesn't. Overall though, 90% of players will 1 star you, you simply do a single raid when you come back online and get all the stars back.
