we all hate the loot penalty

Clash of Clans used to be by far, without a question my favorite game. Then supercell decided to add something that they called the "loot penalty" meaning to harm high level players and boost low level players. My interest in this game is quickly fading, I am a lvl 88 th 9 who has gemmed heavily, so I have been playing for a substantial amount of time. But, the other day, I wondered, what if there was no loot penalty... Ever since then, I have been noticing th 7 with 80k of both resources available to loot (if no loot penalty there would be 160k of each). So, for now, I will put this game in my games I used to play folder and move on. Best of luck to all of you who continue to play through this atrocity called the loot penalty. Remember this, Supercell, high level players like myself are the ones who spend the most gems, not the th 7s and below, and you are losing us quickly. (My maxxed collectors will be moderately guarded so save them for higher level town hall players).

Ok so you get an extra 200 k of each taken off you by amth lvl 10 from you and see how you feel and the lot penalty has been in the game the whole time.

Lv88 and th9 with heavy gemming would mean you have most likely started after loot penalty was introduced so I would file this thread to trolling attempts.

+ 3 lvls 200%loot available

+2 lvls 150%

+ 1 110%

same lvl th 100%

-1 90%

-2 50%

-3 25%

-4 or less 5%

The point of the loot penalty is not to "harm other players". It's to encourage people to raid people their own level.

No offense, level 88, TH9 is not high level play, your at most semi-good.

The loot penalty is good it stops people like you raiding players who dont stand a chance because you aren't able to raid someone with the same lvl base as you. If you rushed your th you only have your self to blame. we dont care about your problem you should be raiding other th 9 bases not atacking th 7.

Seriously just delete clash of clans we wont miss you. People like you are ruining the game by picking on low lvl players. Nobody care if you quit. Just go.

nice try but they removed that. What did you think all that fuss over loot changes was about. The loot system was changed to prevent th 7 useing a lightining spell on th 10 dark elixir storages and stealing a few thousand due to the bonus. Now the higher your th is the higher the amount of loot available is. If your th 10 people can steal 400k th 9 350k th 8 300k and so on. The % cuts still applies if someone has a lower th than you. Thats just a basic summary for more details view the post about this.

But if a th lvl 10 has say, 1000 dark elixir the percentage that is stealable is only 5% from dark storage and that means only 10% of what's in there, 100 of what's in the storage and so forth, but normal storages in 20% of avalible, plus th difference, and collectors is 50% of available plus th lvl and dark drill in 75% of avalibiliy plus th lvl bonus. Happy now.
