Elixir Transmute Building

I am constantly capped on elixir with nothing to dump it on. Meanwhile, you can always dump gold on wall upgrades.

I'd like a building that unlocks at TH10 that transmutes your elixir into dark elixir. It would be like a collector/mine but you'd have to load it. It would slowly convert your elixir to dark elixir. Maybe a conversion rate of 1mil elixir makes 1k DE or something along those lines.

Your idea of 'converting' resources is very creative, but unfortunately it can easily be abused, and it's been ruled out by Supercell, probably for one of the following reasons:
1.Players would convert resources instead of buying gems.
2.Supercell would lose profits due to a fall in gem sales.
