Loot Improvements

I just wanted to make some improvements to the current system. I think there should still be a bonus for attacking higher Town Halls so around a 15% bonus if you attack someone 1 Town Hall above you, a 25% bonus if you are attacking someone 2 Town Halls above you, and a 35% bonus if you are attacking someone 3 or more Town Halls above you. In the opposite direction, there is only a 10% deduction if you are attacking someone 1 Town Hall below you, a 20% deduction if you are attacking someone 2 Town Halls below you, and a 35% deduction if you attack someone 3 or more Town Hallsbelow you. There used to be a bonus. It was ill conceived. There is absolutely no reason why you should get a bonus for attacking THs higher than you. People like to argue that it should be as a "reward" for the extra challenge, but in actuality this is false. The kinds of attacks that lower THs typically do against higher ones are not "more challenging". They amount to collector raids and taking advantage of premees.

Neither of those are bonus worthy.

The point of the penalty is to incentivize higher THs from bullying lower ones. There is no game mechanic reason to incentivize lower THs to attack higher ones when there are plenty of targets their own level to attack.

SC really needs to fix the loot system. I am finding myself clicking next a fair amount. (like 90 times to find something above 100k) im th8 and this problem shouldn't be happening
