If so, consider Crucible Lust, most members there are from the US, with a few from other parts of the world as well. The leader Clay there is from Texas.
They are a TH8 clan who farms only. You will be asked to donate AND request a minimum of 1,000 a season there; which by the sounds of things you will have no issues with.
In case you are still looking . . .I would like to invite you to join Sneaky Santa. We are a fun clan, where elders get elected. Lvl 5 archers are required as donation standard, although dragons and pekkas are probably more frequently requested and dashed out donated. Our members are a great blend of mature and young adult players., which makes us a 100% drama free clan.
Our members are truly global - coming from the US, via Europe and the Middle East down to Australia and NZ. not to mention the North Pole. In short, there is always something happening . . .
To stay on that subject . . . We got loads of activities and competitions. Generous members usually donate iTunes cards as grand prize to make things more interesting. At the last trophy hunt, we reached position 1023.
