Argggh--TTIII Crashed & Burned!
Hadn't planned to try TTIII tonight, but had my board set up for a run soon. With double-coin truck event, I decided to fill orders. As I filled, green checks kept appearing so I kept sending trucks. I filled 28 out of 30! All I needed was 1 butter corn and 1 casserole, and I would have checked off that achievement. Do you think I could find either? Not a one in DD or neighbors' stands, and the screen was hesitating/freezing on every farm. SOOOO close! SOOOO frustrating! On the positive side, I did achieve TTII tonight and earned a lot of coins. Don't know if I'll try this one again or not. :(
How to be a turbo trucker helper

We always scheduled the truck runs when two higher level players could help. One was the main helper. The trucker only bought from the main helper at default prices. If the main helper didn't have what was needed, she would buy from the back up. That way the trucker would only have one person to deal with.
We also suggest using two devices (but this isn't required). It was helpful to have a second device, (computer, laptop, or ipad etc) open to the forum or what ever messaging program you use. That saves time loading the farm back up if you have to go request something or update your helper on the progress. The helper reloads the forum on the second device frequently to get communication from the trucker. Or if kik is used it is easier to have kik open on a second phone, since KIK causes you to reload the game. IF you only have one device and need to use kik, make sure your candidate, uses short messages that fit in the pop up notification window. A text that says " 3 choco pop" or "9 sent all green" will work better than one that says, "uh oh, I have an order that calls for three chocolate popcorn". I hope that makes sense.
When the run starts, the main helper puts up a wheat in their shop and the trucker centers the helpers shop in their list. ( you can also arrange for the helper to water a tree so that their shop appears in the last helpers tab so it can be accessed fast)
As soon as the trucker candidate, buys the wheat, the main helper notes the time or starts a timer and the candidate starts running trucks.
It is helpful to the helper if the candidate updates the helper after the first board is done. A simple " 9 sent, all still green" to indicate that the board still has all of the orders with green checks. Update again after 9 or 10 more are filled.
It is important not to trash any orders during the run. If you trash the first one that you can't fill, you will not get another in time and that order may be the easiest for the helper to fill. Depending when this first unfillable order comes, the helper might encourage the trucker to just keep going. When there are several bad orders after the first nine are sent, the trucker should post or message the helper with the needed item and go straight to the helpers shop. No wheat will be used so the trucker should go straight to the shop quickly. If the helper doesn't have the needed items, they will buy from the backup helper. But usually the trucker can keep going and skip the bad orders as long as mostly green checks appear on the order board.
Skip over jewelry orders but again don't trash them. There are never more than three jewelry orders, so even if you don't have the jewelry machine, you will still have six fill able orders most of the time. If you trash the order, you lose that slot and can still get another jewelry order. You can fill them when you get near the end with plenty of green checks showing. If you fill them at the beginning you increase the chance that you will continue to get jewelry orders and run through all your metals right away.
The helper will keep time and should encourage the trucker by letting them know how much time has passed. That way the trucker doesn't have to worry about how much time is left.
Ok I think that's it.
