Never pay attention to player level, instead I try to figure out what TH they are. Seems like my attackers are exclusively 1-2 TH levels higher, have even had a couple three levels higher lol. They must be horrible at the game and/or desperate for the little resources I have to offer some of these guys.
Well, unless they are premmie most th's above you will be a couple levels higher at least
