Looking for positive help!

So I am getting in to YouTube and currently I suck at it! Lol but Im looking for some helpful advice. If anyone has experience as a YouTuber it would be awesome if you could help me out! Here are the first two videos ive done: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UVWwRdBtSn8 and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D6CxXJ7afz8 I know they both suck but I need some advice on how to make them better! Thanks and like I said only positive feed back please.
