Laboratory Boost

Why is it that we can boost all the other production buildings but the lab?
I propose that the lab be able to be boosted 4x speed for one day at a cost of 20 gems.

Hey I came up with this a month ago!

4x for 24 hours? That way too much. People would upgrade there troops way to fast maybe at level 7+ labs, but anything under that is way to much.

This would be very nice, but, even though I'd like it, the price would have to be much higher than 20 gems. Probably like 120 gems. (10 gems, 2 hours, 120 gems, 24 hours)

OK, you can already do this though as you can buy the end of an upgrade (depends on how many days/hours are left)
So any new 'boost' ability will probably cost the same for 'time reduced'

So a one day boost at 4 times speed removes 3 days extra from the total upgrade.
You could just wait until there are 3 days left and gem that... that would be 506 gems!

I don't see a reason why the cost would be different based on how you did it.

I know you will call me selfish but I really dont care because i m almost finishing my lab upgrades lol

I guess i didnt put much though into how much it cost,l. Frankly, thats not really that important of a detail to me. I'm sure supercell would devise a formula thats appropriate.

My issue is, we can use gems to complete other projects like buildings, spells, troops and research, etc., but we are unable to boost the lab like we can spells, collectors and barracks. I just want supercell to give us the option to boost the lab.
Cripes, it takes TWO WEEKS for some upgrades and to gem them is ridiculously expensive. So, this would also give us the option to still use gems but make it more affordable.

Yeah, just saying I can't see them making it more affordable.
It'd cost the same. 3 days is about 500 gems.

And you CAN speed these up, just gem it finished, the option already exists.

You need to think of it more like a 'building' than a 'training' you can't speed up a builder on a wizard tower getting built, only choose to gem some of the time it takes to make it.

I agree id like to see it as well. My thought would be like 20 gems for 2hrs at 2x the speed would be reasonable to me
