center IMHO.

Depends, if they are high leveled, core, if low-mid level, outer core.

the tesla are useful against the goblins, right? so near the storages they are ok?

If you are farming, storages, if not, th, most people do edge, but when your defenses are destroyed, you have NO protection for the Th, this way, you still have some, not the best, but some protection.

They're most useful against wallbreakers.

low level teslas are only good if grouped together, against goblins I suggest giant bombs (also 2x2)

so either pack them together or leave them outside near the spot or spots mostly used by attackers to deploy giants, once up a tesla will lure giants from the attacker's intended route - make use of that.

Agreed, I always screw up breaking into bases because of teslas...

I use my teslas as a trap not necessarily a defense, for farming i make a base tht would
lure gobs and wb to a certain spot then if i didnt have a giant bomb there i would have a tesla.
