Clash of Clans Builder adds Spawn Perimeter and Defensive Range

So... yeah, it's been a while on this one. It's been asked for quite a bit and I was able to focus on it and knock it out. I've also greatly improved the UI to give it more of an 'app feel'. Hopefully y'all enjoy the new features:

* Improved UI
* New notification drop downs
* Toggle Defensive Range (and do so while moving structures)
* Toggle Spawn Perimeter (and do so while moving structures/placing walls)

I could use some feedback though, I fixed what bugs I could find and if you find one, please reply here and I'll see what I can do.

Also, if you are having a problem getting it to display for the first time, your browser is probably caching. Refresh a few times while you are looking at it and it should work itself out.

I tried it on my mobile device and didn't really notice a change... Is it only on CPUs? The improvements sound pretty legit though. I'd definitely like to see it in action.

Pretty badass. I love the toggle range. It really helps you create a more efficient base. +1 for NEGGS!!:)

That's odd. Site is very fast on my end. Perhaps its an ISP routing thing?

No issues here!
