Require at least 1 star before you get any resources
Hello! I'm proposing a few changes to go along with what the title says, please read through them as they all go together. I think it doesn't make much sense at all that you can still gain resources even if your army is utterly defeated. In my opinion if the attacking army can't even gain 1 star, then they should get 0 resources from the battle. I mean who exactly is carrying them home if everyone is dead?
Therefore, I propose the following changes:
1) Increase the timer by 1 minute, since we'll be requiring people to actually do some damage on other peoples bases.
2) The base resources you can take home is equal to the % destruction you cause. So if you destroy 80% of the base and you take 100k resources, you'll be going home with 80k resources.
3) Now with the base resources in mind, on top of that the following will happen
a) 0 stars: You get 0% of the resources you took. C'mon, you where completely defeated, go home and get a better army!
b) 1 star: Ok, you did some damage. You get to keep half of the BASE RESOURCES you took.
c) 2 stars: Not too shabby. You get to keep all of the base resources you took.
d) 3 stars: WOOO!! Complete victory, you get to keep everything.
So for example, lets say you took 100k resources, destroyed 40% of the town and got 1 star. Your base resources stolen would be 40k, and you'd get half of that which is 20k. Pretty low, which is the point since most of the base survived and you don't have any army left.
Now lets say you destroyed 80% of the village and took 100k resources, earning 2 stars. Now you get to keep 80k of that, since you pretty much won the battle aside from a bit of the town that survived.
I think this would give the battles a much more realistic feel to them and require you to actually win. Let me know what you think, and if anything wasn't clear ask and I'll do what I can to clarify it. Thanks!
