Been th10 for a few weeks. Have a hog setup, but struggling against other armys. Do you guys find that you still even need a true hog setup with both ITs online? Mine are both level two. Anyone just say the heck with it.....build a normal base ....and find its working fine? Also are there any anti golem threads? Thanks for any advise
I found Hogs (lvl 5) are totally ineffective against Disco Inferno unless you can take them out extremely quickly with targeting heal spells protecting the hogs. Other people's experiences may differ though.
Baloonion is a better strategy by far in my opinion

Yep any village works fine, no th10 village can definetely hold a hog attack if the guy does everything right. Just dont leave the 2 infernos together so he can freeze both of them with one spell
Just do a normal base with Inferno Towers/CC and Xbows set to Air & Ground in the middle. Not much else you need to worry about.
Dude, infernos are so overpowered you don't even need a base design. You will be fine.
Yeah I've had a normal setup for a while. F the hogs haha, plus not to mention less people are using hogs now. I would say make a normal base, test your luck..Quote:

It depends what trophy range you are at. If you are in Champion league it really doesn't matter, you will lose most defenses regardless of what your set-up is.Quote:

As long as I can protect my clan castle by delivering a surprise "in your face" teslas placement, I have no problem with hogs even as a hall 9.
with my experiences ive noticed anti hog bases are one of the over all BEST designs only flaw is mass balloon attacks but now that i have infernoes that is yet to be tested.
here is why anti hog base works well with golem def. 1. you have nothing to worry about golems should and will walk around the base eventually opening up centralized xbows or motars or teslas to target wizard annd witch etc. 2. th 10 has infernoes so same deal yea the inferno may lock the golem but the other strings will instantly begin knocking off any wizards or witchs using that golem as "shield"
i honestly think anti hog set ups are great and theres so many different varieties of the type you can make it your own & i use my anti hog set up as a farm base because storages are relatively spread out .
