I'm fairly certain he got the point after the first say, 10 times you all told him the max cap was 400k storages.

Redundancy is the valid method for people, who can't read wiki and/or do operate on the basis of "one man said". :)

So, 400k is the th10 storages limit, not overall limit. It is true. :)
