A couple of questions......

I have a couple of questions. I tried using the search box but apparently my keywords were too broad. Lol:rolleyes:

1. I removed a follower because of excessive raiding without ever helping in return. I know, I know.....I put the items in my shop, therefore it's there for the taking. But this person was getting to the stalking level and literally buying every single item as I was putting it in my RSS. I just found it rude and annoying, but that's just me. Anyways, moving along.....so I removed this person. I filled up my shop with fresh items (it felt really awesome to be able to completely fill my shop without every item being bought as soon as I listed it, btw. Lol!). I got home from work and checked on my farm and there this person was again! My RSS was totally bought out by this same person. So I checked my followers and this person was following me again. My question....how did they do this?? When you delete a follower, a message pops up saying "this is permanent, are you sure you want to proceed?" So how did this person follow me again?

2. Sometimes I have friends/followers that pop up in the "needs help" section with the exclamation on their farm, etc. But when I go to help them, there's nothing to help them with. I understand that it can sometimes take a little while for stuff to update, like say someone flags a tree for watering or a boat crate. But sometimes these farms will stay in the "I need help" status for several days. I have noticed that it will usually go away, almost like it resets itself, once they actually ask for help again. Is this a glitch or is my farm just special?:p

Hmm.. Did you help this person with a boat order or by watering wilted plants? If so, you'll appear in the person's last helpers tab, through which he/she can find your farm. If this were the case, you'll just have to wait till you move out of the tab when more people help this person.

Otherwise, your farm may have been identified through the leaderboard. Then as many people have suggested, you could change your GC name, or start selling eggs at full price to annoy the stalker lol;)

I'm not sure about your second point though, it happens to me sometimes too.

i have the same problem as your second issue. Not sure why, just figured it was a glitch. No answers for you though...just letting you know u r not alone!

Yeah, you are either on the Recent Helper list of that person, or they have found you through the Leaderboard. Changing your ID can throw them off the scent.

To your second question, there are some known problems with refreshing the (!) marker sometimes. I have two neighbors who always show up on the list, but when I go to their farm they drop off, then when I leave, they appear again, etc.

I'm sure I'm on this person's helper tab. It's one of the reasons why I deleted them. I always try to help my friends and neighbors when I can but this person had been a follower for over a month, never once helped me in return, and raided my RSS almost every single time. Even when I put up boring stuff. Lol. But for some reason I thought that they would be blocked from my farm if I deleted them. I was even more surprised that they were able to "follow" my farm again after I deleted them. I deleted this person again, just in case I did something wrong the first time and double checked to make sure they were not in my follower tab. But about an hour later, they were back in my follower tab. Maybe it's just a glitch or something. I have noticed tonight that when I water a tree on a neighbor/followers farm, the same tree shows up again a few minutes later as needing to be watered. Luckily this hasn't been the case with neighbor/followers boat crates that I've helped out with tonight! :rolleyes:

I don't think it's a glitch. She is re-following your farm, either from her last helpers tab or from the boat leaderboard.

Like Cheddar said, changing your GC name might fix it, because she might not recognize you to re-follow you again.

That message you get when you delete a follower is very misleading. All that stuff about are you sure, this can't be reversed. Hah. It can very easily be reversed. All the person has to do is follow you again.

I'm having the same issue, except the stalker is not following me. I have no idea how she is finding me, but I am just trying to sell mostly junk until she goes away.

She's still deleted from my follower tab, hopefully she stays out of it *fingers crossed*. But she must've gotten me thru her helper tag again bc she's cleared out all 3 of my RSS uploads just since I last posted:(. Hopefully she'll get new helpers and clear me out of her helper tag SOON! I hope Supercell adds the option to permanently ban a member from your farm with their new update. I honestly hate to even think that but this person has just taken it wayyyy too far. I had another stalker a while back and deleted them with no problems. It's kind of funny bc the people that I've become friends and neighbors with thru this forum have been very respectful. Again, I know that if I post it to sell, then it's up for grabs to anyone who pleases. But I never advertise my RSS bc I want to help my friends and neighbors as much as possible bc they have been so wonderful in helping me. With the exception of a couple of bad apples:p. But this person, for the last month has totally cleaned me out before anyone else has had a chance to even look at my RSS.

Am I the only one you wants a RSS stalker to buy everything? At full price of course

I hate the stalkers too! I had one who was relentless! I just kept deleting her over and over until she finally got the message. It took about 5 tries though.

I know first hand how aggravating a stalker can be, as i had one last year. Basically you can wait it out, if the stalker is coming through the helper tab. changing your farm name would also help with the leaderboard, but I'd also suggest changing your avatar and rearranging your farm as well, to complete the confusion.
Basically I just waited out my stalker. I loaded my shop with B & E (which was all over the DD at the time), or cornbread, or as much ordinary, boring stuff as I could muster. I noticed my stalker had fully expanded his/her fishing and farming areas, so I loaded my shop with as much LEM as I could find. Also, I kept deleting the stalker every time he/she appeared on my followers tab. Eventually, I was rid of the varmint.

How do I go about getting one of these stalkers that buys everything I put up? ;)

Unfortunately for me it probably requires being a cute girl for starters! :)

I think all you have to do is complain about the ONE stalker that you have and karma will come and give you 5 more! At least that's how it's been in my case. :rolleyes: :p

I don't mind having stalkers buying everything I sell. I need the money to buy machines and EM's :) Now only if I can produce products faster to sell.

Would you mind telling me how you were able to delete your follower? I am having the same exact problem but don't see any way to do this.

Press and hold their avatar in the followers bar, it will start to wiggle and a red X will pop up-click on that :)

Depends on when they're refollowing you. Its absolutely possible that at the moment you've removed them they're still on your farm so they could just refollow you. Which is why I think removing a follower is not good enough. There should be a block function and we should be allowed to see the last 10 people who visited our farms. Or even be allowed to have the option to choose whether we want to be on others' last helpers list or the boat leaderboard. When is SC going to give us better privacy control??

I love when people buy my stuff as I'm putting it in my boxes. More coins for me and space to fill up with more stuff. I have a couple that seem to be there often as I'm filling. Honestly, if there were a way to notify them that I'm in there, I'd do it in a heart beat. They have coinage to spend and I want it!

Are you having a problem deleting the follower in general or have you deleted them and they keep coming back? If it's deleting in general, follow Mosey's instructions. If they keep coming back, you just have to do what Deebs did and just keep deleting them. Eventually they'll either get the message or they'll lose track of you through the "last helper" tab if that's where they're finding your farm again :o

Thank god people are on about follwers I have no idea how to do this can any1 help. People are following me and i have no clue how to do it back, I ahve connected to google and facebook so is there something I haven't done yet?? please Help!!

At the top of their farm there is a smiley to like it and the icon above that allows you to follow their farm. :)

You can only follow 5 farms at a time. It's probably not worth following someone who is following you, because you can access their farm from the followers' tab instead.

To get friends who are not followers, you have add them through either Game Center or Facebook. I assume you're on Android, since you don't mention Game Center. If so, Facebook is the only way to add friends. You need to become Facebook friends with other players. They will then appear on your friends tab in Hay Day. There's no other way for Android players.
