Is there any way to block or ban a swearing, racist, homophobic, libelous troll?

A few weeks back, I had to kick a guy from our "advaced", invite only clan for repeated swearing and racist comments. Now he keeps keeps coming back to our "anyone can join" feeder clan, swears more, makes more racist comments, then leaves. Lately he's taken up the hobby of claiming that I'm a pedophile, which is made worse by the fact that he knows that my sons and some of their friends are in that clan. I've sent some e-mails to support to see if there's anything they can do to help, but haven't heard back yet. I've included some screen shots of his posts.

Certainly there should be some way to deter or block someone like this. Has anyone here been through this before?

We had one of these. Just make the clan invite only and they will go away.

It happens anywhere really, even here. I get infuriated by it. The solution to this is to take screenshot and send it to support. Hopefully he gets a ban, and learn because that's just plain rude.

Yep screenshot and report them via the in game support function.

We've considered that, but it kind of defeats the purpose of the feeder clan if we do that, since we're tring to atract as many new playrs as possible.

I know SC doesn't have a "ban from clan" feature, but there has to be some level of behaviour that's so repugnant that they'd suspend someones account for it.

Report the screenshots and make the clan invite only. By the way this might get closed because of the title.

It might. Doing it from in game I think works better though.

Anything but an invite only clan makes no sense at all, especially if your kids are in that clan.
Btw, you could report him to the police as well, then the cops will get an ip from SC and with the IP they get a name and address and so on....

Thanks, I'll have to figure out how do do that. In a bitter twist of irony, I hope he's left some fresh comments for me to take a picture of when I get home tonight.

Kick him and make it to Invite only, we have also had some trolls like.. "FluffyBunny" :p We dealt with the troll by kicking him/her and now all the elders/co leader - are aware that he is banned from the clan.

There will always be trolls unfortunately, you just gotta deal with it.

Yeah, I'm starting to agree that we should change the clan to invite only, even though it diminishes it's usefulness.

We almost never get a chance to kick him though. He joins, posts 2 or 3 comments, then leaves before we even notice he's there. That way he can come back throughout the day.
