I have some bushes and trees that are large and some that are puny. They start out that way and well, that's what they end up as. I've never checked if they harvest differently, but I'd guess they do.

They do change size as you harvest. I use that to give texture to my farm because I use the fruit trees and bushes as my decorations.
What I am currently trying to do is figure out exactly when the trees and bushes flower so I can harvest them in order so that on the first day of Spring my farm will all be flowering at the same time.
Some seem to start out small and never grow and some start out large. Do they give different amounts of fruits/berries/beans? Mine are so jammed close together and I guess I've never paid attention.
they get bigger after a harvest. if you never pick the fruit on the first time you plant it, it stays small, does not get any more fruits.
The raspberry bushes are smaller than the black berry bushes if that's what you're asking about. Or do you mean that one blackberry bush looks smaller than another blackberry bush? They do grow as you harvest them. They get a little bigger after each harvest so maybe you have picked from one plant more than another? Each bush and tree gives the same amount of fruit though no matter the variety. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I think you get two from the first harvest, 3 from the second and 4 from the third. Wow, as long as I've played this game I should know this stuff. :p
