I just came up with this spell idea. Let me know if you like it, or any improvements to be made!
Name of Spell: Nuclear spell
Description: Our alchemists have revealed the frightening power of Dark Elixr. The Dark Elixr in the Nuclear spell causes a devastating explosion, and leaves behind a strange radiation that causes surviving troops to somehow sacrifice their health to grow a mutated clone from their body.
Training time: 1 hour
Explosion targets: All (including your troops)
Radiation targets: Ground (troops only, no PEKKAs, Golems, or any troop that is a clone or has already cloned)
Effect type: Splash
Radius: 2 tiles
Radiation time: 10 seconds
Cloning reaction time: 1 second

Research cost: 80,000 Dark Elixr

Damage: 1600 (spread over entire radius)
Cloning Health cost: 45% of max health of troop
Training cost: 800 Dark Elixr
Level 3 Nuclear spell:
Research cost: 100,000 Dark Elixr
Lab level required: 8
Damage: 1800 (spread over entire radius)
Cloning Health cost: 40% of max health of troop
