I'm stuck in the clouds for hours...and nothing comes up!!!

Okay, Supercell, you guys need to fix this ♥♥♥♥-ola!!! I'm at around 3850 cups, and I spend HOURS trying to find a base to attack...seriously, this isn't right. It's becoming a complete waste of time and making me hate this game!!!! I wouldn't mind going after 1 cup bases, if the loss would only be 1-3 cups as well...but why attack a 1 cup base to risk losing 39 cups!?!?! Seriously...this is stupid. I spend HOURS and HOURS trying to find something to attack more than 6 cups...BUT NOTHING NOW FOR 3 DAYS!!!! FIX IT!!!! OR fix the risk/reward!!!!

Shows how much of a noob I am to forums... I thought cups up at your level worked the same as everywhere else where they ranged from 14-34 for a basic battle and 0-59 for a revenge.

Have you heard Jorge Yao's story on becoming the top player? He sat on his iPad and got maybe 1 trophy an hour. Check it out, it isn't easy up there.

I mentioned this yesterday but was a bit off topic for the thread I posted it in.
I wonder if they could change it so that everyone above a certain trophy count would all be able to match up with one another. For instance, once u reach say 3200 u then can be matched up with anyone else above 3200. They wld proli have to change how many cups u cld get/lose but something like this wld help some wldnt it?

I think it's impossible to fix this. The reason is, the higher you get, the less players are there that you can raid. There can only be one Number 1.

not 15 minutes after I posted this, a 40 cupper came up! lol...wonder if someone at supercell hooked me up?!?!? ♥♥♥♥! Got 26 cups...rank is 175 in the world now. SWEET! :)

Its funny how low levels come here and tell you this is the way the game is. They are probably the same ones that say loot is fine. Until they reach th10 and moan about it, and reach higher cups and complain about the same thing

I agree that this is a serious issue. I visited Kings Landing yesterday as they graciously let me watch and chat with the worlds best players. They all complain that they waste 2-3 hours searching for any raid that yields at least 9 cups for a 3 star. They get hours and hours of seeing the clouds. Watching their replays many have to settle with 1 trophy gains even when they 2 star a base. How does that even make any sense? 1 trophy gained for a 2 star win? This is for any player above 3700 trophies. I am much lower level compared to the Kings Landing players level 134 with 9 more defences to max but gearing up to start pushing hard. However, this is not encouraging seeing what lies ahead. I do not want to spend hours to grind out a few trophies only to lose 30 if I raid poorly.

also defense is way to week right now. But the still clams the game has the right balance a lot of players in my range are quitting or planning to quit mostly gemmers. Wonder why sc doesn't care ?

I think shield length should decrease in proportion to the trophy count. The more trophy you have, the less shield time you get.

But this is a huge change to the top level plays, not sure if you guys would like something like that.

Really.. What do you champions expect? How many people have champion worthy bases... Not many. To get to that point it takes a long time or quite a bit of money. And considering champion is probably full of 24/7 players it doesn't help. Also the player pool is small and all champions are in clans together... Even smaller pool then.

The only real way is to change champion league. Make it where you can challenge someone to a base vs base challenge. Highest % wins and you cant say no. Or obviously kick people off faster or something. Or make the 1 star percent higher at champion.

Yeah, I agree with you 100%. I just bought a 1-day shield to enjoy the top 200 I finally got (that was my game goal)...now, I don't care so much anymore. I'll probably stop cup pushing myself, and just try to maintain over 3500... Come stop by my clan and say hello! I'm at: "ThePursuit"

In the early hours of the morning you can even get stuck in Cloud City at 3500.
