Fix for loot/nexting issues

Remove or significantly lower the cost of next, amend or remove any base showing less than 50k loot.

This is not ever going to happen, Matchmaking is Random, The servers will not know what base you will get next.

Edit: For low levels, 50K is a lot, This would be abusing for them.
