Came across this village, seems pretty high up to my lowly TH7, I was wondering though, what could be his strategy for hanging sound in silver II?

Thanks for that, starting to understand the trophy thing now, I'm currently at 1200 and finding it hard to get decent amounts of loot to fund my upgrades, so I suppose I need to experiment with the trophy numbers to find the best spot.
Any suggestions, I'm currently a new TH7 with 195 troop spaces, I've been using half Barbs, Half Archers both level 3 currently upgrading Barbs to level 4.

i will answer your question and also try to dish out some advice, Im almost 100% that who you posted a picture of is a gemmer and that is why he is so low. There is no loot in silver 2 for a th 10 and maybe he doesnt know about going higher for better loot so decided to gem everything. I recommend playing the game and not gemming your th to10 or upgrade prematurely.

I'm going to work my way up to Silver I and perhaps beyond to find some decent loot for upgrades.
This should work very well in the range you are in. I am a TH7 myself and stay at around 1150-1200 and get about 2M in 4 hours. I would recommend to include a few WBs, giants and barbs and then look for exposed collectors or bases with less compartments. Breach the base and send in the giants to soak the damage while the barbs and archers destroy defenses. The gobs will help get any loot.Quote:
