I'm curious to know if players have noticed a big change in the OVERALL number of gems that they receive from clearing obstacles. Note: This isn't whether or not obstacles are offering more gems. This is about whether or not you feel that SC, as it has led us to believe, has created a way for us to receive gems more quickly overall.

Im not sure if they intended this, but I do know that I am removing far more trees that give no gems at all since the update...
I feel that trees give less overall. I have had more 0 gems then before the update. But I have noticed that I have been getting 1-5 gems from them.

It used to give gems more frequent than this.. Its not giving anything now. I recieved 6 gems only once and that was it lol.
I must say Ive been lucky. i removed 6 obstacles and earned 21 gems... The highest ive had was 6!
Most i had is 4 most still give 1/2 or nothing and over half give nothing
Dont really care. Never paid attention before the update, not really paid attention after it. My guess would be SC have made this more EXCITING by giving you the chance of more gems but on average, maybe people see less than before...achm just like with gold!
lots of the new obstactles give zero gems...the ones that give gems give more than before.
Result : You get as many gems from obstacles as before, at the end of the day.
Not that this really suprises me.

It seems to be giving me more than before. But with Supercell, 'seems' is a big factor
