I am not wishing to start a gem debate here, just generally curious. I just want to know who else got all five builders by completing achievements? I finally got my fifth builder on xmas day 2013 (1000 gems for 2600 trophies) and it was the best gift to myself ever! It took me just under ten months but I did it!
Who else get to their five builders with achievement/obstacle gems only? How long did it take?
Why did you do it though?Just out out of principle?And also does that mean that you've never boosted or gemmed anything,even during the 1 gem boost?
I got 2-3 legit, 4 bought, saved 800 and bought 10$ for the rest of 5. So 20 total, But $30 dollars back pre th7, Idk why I was stupid... peer pressure...
As I said, I don't wish to get into gem debates here. I did it because I wanted the challenge of doing it without buying gems. I have gemmed barracks and spells during 1 gem boosts but that is it for buildings or collectors. I have spent very little outside of that.Quote:

Haven't personally but my friend has got all 5 without buying any, he's probably played for about as long as you, if not a little longer, he's in the same clan as me, IGN callum if u wanna check him out.
I got my first four builders without buying gems, and I'm planning to get my 5th the same way.
Not saying that buying gems is bad, just that I don't want to.:p

That's an awesome accomplishment! Not many can (truly) say they got all 5 builders without buying the last one! I saved for 4 builders without gems, but I decided to buy the fifth one with gift money because the sooner I have it, the faster I will progress. I could've also just saved gems and got it without money, but I know I love this game and a small investment would make it more enjoyable.Quote:
