I'm wonder why do people buy so much wheat? I try to wheat when i am free to get expansion items and place all the wheat in bundle of 10 @ 1 coin each. And it clean fast. Sometime i wonder,why do ppl buy so much wheat..? 100++ wheat clean up by one person..?Is there any use other than maybe make into feeds and fill boat order. If it is to make into sheep feed and that require 3 wheat per bundle of 3. If you use all 2 feed mill (9*2 feed slot), u only need 18x3=54 wheat.. And that is to the extreme...u only can have 15sheep at a time...

A lot of people turn it into Chicken Feed and sell it that way. If you find 10 for one coin wheat, it is pretty profitable and sells really well at max price.

I rarely grow my own wheat. I can grow crops that are more difficult to find on my limited plots instead, and buy wheat in the DD.

Yes, sometimes I buy 100 wheat. You use a surprising amount of wheat, making feed and products like bread, pizza, muffins, pies and cakes.

Not only that...the little people will pay approximately three times as much for the wheat as you paid (if you paid 10 coins for 10 - if you paid 1 coin for 10, the profit is even greater). So it can be quite profitable, if you have the silo space. Back when I needed coins, I would buy as much cheap wheat as my silo would hold.

and there's a lot of people playing that might for some reason really badly need wheat

But seriously, it's so easy to run out of wheat, and if you only pop into your farm to quickly fill your machines your land is far better utilised growing longer cropping items.

I don't think it's necessarily laziness - I accidentally ran myself down to 1 wheat last night and I don't have enough playing time to sit there for repeated 2 minute bouts planting, harvesting, re-planting and re-harvesting. And 1 or 10 coins is nothing - when you've got people on "how much money have you got?" threads talking in millions and hundreds of thousands, really what's a bit of wheat to save you hassle? I've got 80,000 coins and I thought nothiong of spending 20 to speed up my recharging of wheat stocks - it's common sense.

I constantly sell wheat 10 for 10 - it's much less time consuming to hit the wheat symbol and hit 'sell'. Sometimes players wipe out all 16 slots! - good luck to them if they want to sell it on... - my barn is at 875 capacity now, the magic target of 1000 gets closer...

i have 150+ slots selling wheat 10 for 10 gold and they all sell out in 15-30 mins. mostly i can't keep up with the production... key is to put adds at random places not at the start/end.
