Reaching Master League at TH7? ( No Gemming)

Hey guys, maxed TH7 currently at 2260 trophies, reached by strictly TH Sniping.
Taking me between 50-100 searches to find a base, so it's getting very taking.
Am starting to switch to mass dragons 3 rage/3 lightning but it takes 1h30min to make at least 8 with all the spells.
Don't have the time to wait and stay on, which means I have to 2star a base everytime to make up for losses and stay on top. Should I keep up with the Dragon strategy? maybe prolong my login time by subsequently trying to th snipe?
I've heard BAM works well but my minions are only level 2. Any help is appreciated. Also I might have to switch to a trophy base, does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey

Your archer towers are not maxed. Just a heads up. Get em up! I recommend bam, but up there it is hard to win with it. Th sniping is great. And even if you are trying to only get one starred, put ur th inside.

I did not even notice! Thanks for letting me know.
Do you not recommend leaving my TH and storages outside? That way there is less incentive to raid my base completely.
Do you really think it's possible to snipe all the way up to Master? I have about 4-5 hours a day to dedicate, maybe even up to 6.

It is possible to snipe to master, but this would call for a lot of dedication. Also, once you get to master, what are you going to do, and every time you log off you will be attacked immediately. I would suggest not to try.

It's mostly for DE farming and just the challenge to get there!

As a TH7 you will not be physically able to 2 star any base past 2400 IMO... Sniping is your best bet.. If you dont want to take the time to snipe and stay online, you can't do it.

With a lot of hard work, and TIME you can make it up there smoothly by sniping and occasionally attacking lower lvl players:cool:

What do you consider an appropriate amount of time? As long as I manage to stay positive and retrieve lost trophies that's a win in my book.
Yes if it would take me the entire day to do then I'll probably stop before then.
Don't really need 2 stars, 1 is fine. Also I'm considering hogs:

-Crystal 2 - masters-
Once your at crystal 2 you need to use the hog strategy. You will be lucky and get 3 stars or you might be able to only get 50%. ONLY ATTACK BASES WITH NO Inferno Towers OR NO MULTI INFERNOS. Look for bases with unloaded X Bows or bases that are not active or a threat. LOOK FOR BASES WITH SLEEPLING HEROES. Please lure the clan troops and lightning strike them befor sending hogs. Also, destroy defenses that are outside so the hogs don't get distracted.

Troops combo for "crystal 2 - masters"
-x35 Hogs (Main unit)
-x25 Archers or x4 Wizards (Back up troops to knock an outside defensive unit)
-Clan reinforcements; x5 Hogs, x4 Wizards, x25 Archers (These are used to get last minute buildings, like to get a 50%)
-x2 Heal spells (Use these at good times when hogs are running low)
-x1 Lightning (Clan Castle troops, or just keep it)

Your dilemma is the fact that your hogs are level two... I had a TH7 master visit my clan the other day. He said he spends 30mins to 2 hours to find ONE snipe. Also, he said he's on 18 hours a day (his words.. sounds crazy to me) and unless you're ready to put in the time, I think that doing this will be EXTREMELY difficult.. I wish you luck and hope you make it to masters as a TH7 cuz thats cool... But I don't suggesting wasting your life away on this game just to get to masters.. Good Luck :)

Nice job getting up there, all you can do now is snipe though which is no fun in my opinion.

Yes 18 hours sounds insane, def won't stay on that long but I'll figure something out.

thanks, just changed it to this trophy base, http://clashofclansbuilder.com/plan/293471, which is stupid because I'll loose even more trophies, but I want to see If it will hold for a bit.

at that trophy count it doesn't matter what ur base set up is. Th 8, 9 and 10 ppl r still gonna 3 star u. I'd say th sniping is the way to go. It will b hard but ur th level waas never intended to get that high so of course its gonna b hard
