Maybe like 4 minutes or something
They used to be 10 min, along with wizards, A balloon army of 24 balloons at th9 takes around 45 min.
Balloons are one of the main troops used in the game once they get to be L6. I think the build time is more than appropriate.
They are a good troop and the time is fine for the mean time. Lol rhymes

I think that yes although they are used often a 6 min train time wouldn't hurt anything... definitely would be helpful to many players.
It would hurt A LOT of players as the spamming of bases with loonions would be even more! Why do people always expect that build times need to be 15-20 minutes for armies with high tier troops? This is where the use of strategy comes into play. If you want to mix up troops builds, then the times will and should be different.Quote:
