Donating Resources

I think Clan members should be allowed to donate resources to each other to help each other reach upgrades faster, repair traps, etc.. There would be a cool down time on that type of request (about 4-6 hours i was thinking). The donations would go to the storages, not Clan Castle, and also be fair game for attackers to steal. Members would be allowed to donate up to 5,000 units of the gold or elixir (depending on the request ) or up to 2,000 Dark Elixir. The stats of donated and received amounts would be shown on the clan page. I feel it would be a good addition to the perks of being in a clan.

Supercell have already said this is never happening this is due to people using a few accounts to fund one ultimate account so therefore decided to not get silly with capped received and cool down and ban it sorry mate !

Hey and welcome to the forums!
Your idea of sharing/trading resources or gems is very creative, but unfortunately it can easily be abused, and it's been ruled out by Supercell, probably for one of the following reasons:
1.Players would create multiple accounts in order to funnel resources into a single account.
2.Supercell would lose profits due to a fall in gem sales.
NOTE: A clan bank (Central fund that members can withdraw/place resources/gems into) also falls into this category.
