Yes, go on clashofclansbuilder.com and select defensive, (choose 2 of each if you have 2 storages of each) and then lvl 3
Don't forget to upgrade your walls (Very important!) and your pumps and mines.
Make sure to max out majority of your town hall before advancing.
Most important rule: Max EVERYTHING before you upgrade your town hall.
Look on http://clashofclansbuilder.com for some base designs, they have a few guides on there but I recommend looking up some CoC you tubers like, Daddy or Cheif Pat. Those are just the top 2, there are tons more amazing youtubers.
And lastly, find a good supportive clan, dont look on the featured clan page, try finding a clan you meet the requirements for on the forums, they will help you out. Good Luck:)
