Max upgrade question?

I know that this is a common topic in the forums but I just need a little help. I have all most all of my artillery upgraded to the max for my town hall level and am about to start townhall 5. But my mines and storages, and also my elixir pumps and storages are not seeming to max out. Is there a max level for these items or just for walls and defensive items?:confused:

I'm not sure what the max lvl is but there is one. Might take a long time because it takes a while to upgrade them

the max level for gold and elixir storages and mines/pumps is currently level 11.

Max out defences and walls and storages before you move to next th level, do pumps and mines while waiting for th to finish. After level 7 they take 2 days+ to upgrade
