You should be able to mark another clan as a rival and then you or any clan member in your clan could battle a person in the clan that is your rival whenever you want to (if they don't have a shield).;)

I think that that is a good idea so you could keep battling the same people that you don't like or a friend over and over again.
This is the best idea I've seen! I was just thinking about postin something similar myself!
