No you can not. The only time you can see an opponents clan castle and their contents is on a revenge attack. You can look at their base through your defense forum and click to view their base and see. That is the only time.
u cant unless you are revenging them. Then you can visit their base b4 u attackt them to find out
So non-revenge, the only way to draw them out is drop 1 troop near Castle, then surrender and lose cups, or fight...Quote:

must lurem out keep that lightning spell handy bruh . or a good indicator is if there are many skulls the persons DEF Troops probly have already been killed at that point
