Defensive loot - with a twist
I know defensive loot has been suggested. But I do have a twist, and I apologize if it's been posted before.
Anytime a player loses in an attack, he/she would pay out the equivalent of his/her league bonus to the defender.
ie: If I am a Crystal III player, when I lose an attack (no stars), I would pay the defender 21K elixir 21K gold and 50 DE.
If you steal far more than the league bonus, you still keep the remainder minus the payout to the defender. So someone who is farming collectors and doesn't care about 1-starring a base would have to be cognizant of how much they are pulling in.
Part of my thought process is, if you put up a good defense, you still carry the risk of losing resources in an attack - EVEN if they do not 1-star your base. I think the risk should be placed on the attacker to lose resources as well.
