Wall farming strategy for TH 9

What if you're a good farmer that will get maxed on gold with this way?

At the start of my TH9 I was mostly upgrading all of my elixer buildings (lab, de drills, barracks for witches, spell factory etc) so I poured all my gold into walls. For the first three weeks 75% of my gold went into walls while my elixer upgrades finished and I was up to 50ish L9 walls and rest skullies. Since then though I have been working on defense and only have 100 L9 walls since the upgrades on defense are all 3.2-7 million each and take up to two weeks. The biggest gap I ever leave between builders is two days so no builder is ever sleeping, but I never have really wide gaps to accumulate too much that I get raided constantly (outside of de).

I only have archer towers and air defense left to max at TH9 as every other building is maxed or in progress. I only plan on upgraded 20-25 more walls to L9 and 30-40 to L10 so hopefully in about 6 weeks everything will be ready to move onto TH10 so I can finally get my IT's and compete on defense at higher trophy levels.

Archers and Minions 20 Gems to gem each barrack you will have a ton of gold within 2 hrs :]
OP - waste gold on walls when DE or Elixer is too high to avoid getting paraded on
use gold on turrets when you got more than 2 builders free either way progression is progression has to be done eventually

Did I ask? Also.. Good advice! Could have been helpful

I just build a few of the lv10 wall, simply for their good look. Then I work on the defenses, and only build the walls when there is surplus gold.

The thing I wrote was not clear enough and I apologize.

I mean, if I would keep all my builders busy I would constantly be maxed on gold. = no raiding = no fun.

Haha that's what you pay them for! Oh wait...


Anyway, I like to have a builder free for wall upgrading, but since I'll hit TH9 within a couple days, that won't be the case for a while.

Without boost, how much gold per hour do you guys get in avarage?
