Just keep trying, and I bet you could eliminate the x junctions. :)

Will do... so far one TH sniper since conception..

Edit. So after review my main x junctions were in the core correct? So I made an alteration. I hope its better the have wt in the larger pocket while keeping ad in a closed pocket making it harder for giants ect.. Also I dislike the uneven amount of cannons which is throwing me off. Should I keep then how I had, ie grouped top and bottom or place 1 by each storage like this?

My sole purpose with this base was to save my dark elixir i worked so hard to build up. I am trying to max defenses at th8 and made a big mistake in building up too much de with still weeks of tesla upgrades to go. Any advice on a base with a sole purpose of saving de from those th9 aq bk attacks?

i made the cc and barb king lurable from the bottom in hopes of most attacks starting from there and then used most my traps and bombs down there. Works sometimes....other times not so much

Those are definantly better! I would use the second one, but make a few minor tweaks...

I'm not quite sure how to explain this, but I will try my best. First, go into edit mode and remove the mortars, WTs and ADs. Next, place two mortars where the ADs were, and the third mortar where the current mortar is (top right). Next, put the WTs where the two mortars used to be, and the ADs will go where the WTs used to be.

Moving the town hall to the corner would definantly help
Town hall 8 bases with those empty 1-block wide compartments usually don't work well unless it goes all the way around

Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate it. Your right about those walls not working most of the time. I think I should be able to do better with the defensive units I have.

First, great job on your base, very advanced for a lvl 86 was it? Anyhow, you deserve it, and the base looks pretty good.

I would protect the DE storage a bit more by possibly making a more intricate moat on the top side of the base, not having an effect on influencing attacks either, so that can put them in a gutter.

Also, possibly focus more on your storage protection? Start upping your TH once your teslas finish, and once it gets inside 4 days, make sure you got 6 mil gold and 40k de...for the AQ. Will help a lot to instantly start both your xbows and aq....that's what I did.

8/10 on the base. It could use some tweaks, but looks well to work with.
