Farming at th 8 in silver I.

Is it just me or has there been not much loot lately? I was gonna change trophy level. Thinking or trying sub league, also thinking gold III or gold II. Not to keen on gold II firstly because I don't want to get destroyed by lvl 6 balloons etc. but also I've been using bam and going for mines and collecters but it seems to me that the loot up there is more in the storages. On the other end, I've been thinking maybe there'd be a ton of mine and collector loot down there. I've been told there's a ton, but I'd like to hear personally from somebody who's tried.

I've been having luck at 1500+ currently I'm at 1600 and averaging 200k/raid despite trying to focus more on DE.

I loot around silver I / gold III when I was on TH8,
It just takes me no more than a month to max the th8 walls

I've been going for 200+k and often getting 300+k but now settling anytime I find 150k. Are you at th8, and what town hall lvl? Also, what's it like on defence? I'm nearly maxed th 8, (teslas all at lvl 4 going on 5, a few lvl 8 walls rest lvl 7, everything else on defense is maxed). What will it be like for me? Worried about getting destroyed...

I was planning on doing so in less than a month too. I used to raid 700k-1m per hour since Wednesday afternoon I've been getting low loot. Not sure what it was like Friday-Sunday because I was gone at an event.
