Buy a 4th builder and then save the rest to contribute to 5th builder.

buy 4th builder, save 495 more gems for 5th builder. or buy it with anotha 5 bucks

Builders are by far the best investment. If you see what people say here, an overwhelming amount say builder for the gems. After you get 5 builders, you can use the gems on time.
