I have got my Th at lvl 9 xbows 2/Teslas 1/ Cannons 10/ Archer Towers 8/ Mortar 6 & 7 / Wizard Tower 7 / Air Defence lvl 4, and lvl 7 walls. Should I first upgrade my Defense or my walls to lvl 8 ??????

Upgrade defenses, but try to squeeze walls in in-between upgrades. before upgrading your TH, try to get all your walls to at least lvl8.
No walls are useless, just upgrade TH to lv10 and buy two infernos, max them if possible and then you will be fine.

OP: All 4 of your teslas are lvl 1? It is a shame so many people completely ignore the best defense in the game. My advice would be to upgrade those constantly. If you have 5 builders, put all 4 on the teslas and leave the other free for walls. It'll take a long while so you should be able to get full skulls by that time.
