I propose that for every dollar spent hitting "Next" while attempting to attack a base, that the base that was skipped gets to keep that gold. Meaning, if my base gets skipped because the attacker did not see value in attacking it (or feared it) then my base would keep the gold that was spent "nexting" over it (+$750, +$1,000, etc...). That way, the dollars wasted "nexting" while attacking gets evened out because we'd be getting paid for being skipped. It would also help boost the CoC economy giving players more gold and helping with the loot issue for higher level players.
