Visitor role before coming member

Thank you moderators for co leader role but we need one new role more:

VISITOR

There is now "new" next to your name when you joined. Visitor is like new member, she/he can go if clan is not what they looking for. When you invite person he will be visitor first.

other clan members may not donate best troops for visitor?

and here is the point! Visitor makes decision to be clan member. Then member can not leave clan for 48 hours. Now everybody know that member want to be part of the clan. Now coming elder and so on is possible like now. If member start mess up example clan chat kickout is of course possible. Also mute button maybe?

I disagree with it all,why would you mute the clan chat?And you cant force people to stay in a clan,you need to learn which people are likely to be hoppers.I see so many people accept a player from another clan and they wonder why they end up leaving you too

I don't think this is very necessary. If your current members are smart they probably won't donate their best troops to someone that is new to the clan, at least that is how it is in my clan.

I also do not think it is a good idea to force them to stay, it just seems pointless.

Most of the complaints you mentioned can easily be fixed by people without making Supercell release a new update.
