I think TH7 should only have level 7 or 8 mines / collectors.

Your solution will only help higher townhall while stealing the potential loots from lower townhall. The loot will simply shift to the end of the chain, while dried up in the first half.

This time th7 will be the ones who face loot problem, because they have to compete with higher townhalls. Th7 and 8 are fine right now thanks to the loot penalty to everything, which forces people to leave their loot alone.

Do you understand that you need to know the context of the argument before making a statement against it? That's the basic rule of debate.

That quote of my was a continuation to the other quote, the loot that I mention in that quote refer to the potential loot that I mentioned in the previous quote. If you even cared to follow my argument since the beginning, you would have no problem understanding that.

This would "boost" loot a little bit, since you are just raiding collectors, not storages. I see plenty of inactive TH7 with full collectors giving me just 100k-, when I see this, I wish I was a TH8 again.

I think this is a good idea, you are not taking advantage of lower THs, because ACTIVE players shouldn't have their collectors full.

Collectors raids should be the same for everyone.

There's already a messed up storage penalty or whatever it is: lower THs can pick on us, they can lightning all our resources and run away, then we can take their collector resources in return... Good idea.

This best sums up my view.

The likely consequence for me is that you would have TH9/10 sat at 1k trophies or lower hitting lower level th's. A TH5 can have 5 lvl 10 collectors, with no loot penalty a TH10 could take up to £250k from them with a handful of troops. This doesn't seem fair.
