Dark elixer raiding!

I'm currently at 2400 using ballonions to farm DE. But even there it is really hard to find DE (and the trophies, but that isn't really a problem, because my setup works very well till now, designed it myself, it isn't tested higher than 2400).
I would say go up as high as you can, if you're able in master 3.

Lol, same here. I only need 6k to my arch queen and I can only get about 1-2k in a single hour!

In my opinion, the best strategy is barch with a few wall breakers. You have to be at 1900 trophies or above or the search times will be too long. Unless you have spells and heroes, stick to bases with storage and drills in peripheral cells. 1500 DE available is a pretty good benchmark, generally I look for above 2000 though.
