Level 9 walls?

Recently i finished my skull walls (finally) and after a few trap upgrades i will start the long journey of level 9 walls. Lvl 9 walls take 3 hits from a wallbreaker, which leads to my question. Should I do my level 9 walls from the inside out or the outside in? If i were to do them from the inside out, the core would be stronger and harder to get around when people are out of wall breakers, but at the same time usually people that get into my core have archers and an archer queen doing their job, shooting over my walls. If i were to do them from the outside in, yes it would take an extra wall breaker to get through the first layer of walls, but because the walls will take so long to do it wiil be quite sometime before anything other than the outerlayer will have lvl 9 walls. I'd love to hear your opinion on how to do lvl 9 walls, thanks.

I was thinking like this when i started lvl 9 walls... I did my walls from core out just because it looked cooler :p but thinking about the advantages of having outer layer lvl 9 i may switch my outer core walls but leave the core lvl 9.

I'm doing mine from the core out, mostly because there are fewer of them. ;)

Core out, just because it takes fewer pieces to cover all four sides if you start from the core. If you do the outside ones, people can simply atrack from the side with lower level walls

Hey Andy, long time no see. I did my walls from the core out because it looks better that way IMO but I feel doing the outside first might be best for functionality.

Yeah it probably would, but me not being a superb farmer like yourself :p means it will be a long time before I get many walls, so for now, I'll be doing the core, and when I have around 50 I'll move the walls to the outside.

I say inside out. People use wallbreakers anyway, which are pretty much only useful for the outer layer. They cant reach the inner layers too easily. So then you have the inner layer which has weaker walls than the outside. This isnt good because they dont need wallbreakers to break through those walls since theyre weaker than the stronger walls which were on the outside. This leaves your valuable defenses vulnerable. Outside in. Its the right way to go.

I started from inside but i am doing as 1 lava 2 skull 1 lava 1 skull. Itsworking nice. Btw i finished around 60 lava in 10 days ;)

Well... im speechless, well done! Am i misunderstanding or are you doing an alternating pattern, those are the worst. Wall breakers will break through the weakest ones putting the other strong ones out of use. (i refer to lvl 9 walls as legos, if you are referring to lvl 9s as lavas that make more sense, but if not, you. are. a. beast!):D

Inside first. But frankly, if you're farming in gold, it really doesn't matter - just do what looks cool. One thought though, a few well placed high level walls at key junctions where you know giants and golems will go can really make a difference. This is what I have done with my 10 lvl11 walls
