clan Event

pls make an event function for leader and co- leaders. The function can be accessed on town hall and generate an event for limited time. The event will be set by top 3 highest donator or highest ranker on the clan. When generating an event the host will provide the prize, and the prize is resources it can be set on gold, elixir and dark elixir.. From 1-5M resources or more it depends on the host of the event and the prize resources will be deducted on the host of the event.
