I new to the game. I have read a few times now here on the forums people saying that the matching system goes by how many trophys you have. They have said they match you up between 15-35 trophys either higher or lower than you. But I have gotten attacked twice today by people 200+ higher than me. So how does that work then?
I don't know the exact thing, but I think people one league higher and one league lower can attack you. If you looked at it like a circle, around 200 might be the radius and 400 might be the whole diameter. But I believe it varies as leaderboard player's ranges seem different.
Im not sure whats the official limit, but i think its near +-200.
So if you have 2000 trophies, you can find opponents 1800-2200 in matchmaking.
This is based on my own gaming experience.
As far as I know you can get paired with people 200 less or more trophies than you... the higher their trophy range the more trophies you get from winningQuote:

That sounds roughly like the amount of trophies you could gain from an attack. It is not exact, but similar. Also, if the attacks were revenges (as in you attacked them first) the range could be much greater.Quote:
