This is a wonderful idea but I think more people would probably choose 2x Upgrading time or speed up of things with gems. It would make it not as op because then lvl 11 mine/pumps would be so OP everyone would be Maxed Out LVL 10 TH by about a year of this.

How about we have this instead of gemming collectors? Gemming collectors is more expensive then receiving the resources. This is a good idea and should be implemented.
