Apple wouldn't have told you to contact SC.
While most of the transactions go smoothly, sometimes an answer from Apple or our servers might be slower than usual or might result in errors. Please wait some time and see if they will arrive. If this doesn't help, quit and restart the game. Your gems should be credited to you.
If this doesn't help, please contact iTunes support.
Apple doesn't allow App Developers to see purchase transactions, so Supercell has no way to verify attempted purchases if the transaction does not make it to Supercell's servers.
If after a day of waiting, you do not get your gems, contact apple to request a refund. There are links in your e-mailed invoice, or purchase history within iTunes.
Shiv
click report a problem on the receipt you would have received from apple and go through the refund process and try again.
If apple say no then keep trying because if they are saying no its because they are being total idiots :)
When others have done this it works fine so they are being idiots. Nothing SC can do and you will have to request a refund through apple.
Did you purchase these in one lump sum ie all in one day or over a period of time?
So only now are you complaining. Seems a little strange you would continue to purchase when you were not getting the gems and I can see why Apple questioned this.
as its a large amount I would say you need to seek advice from Cells support as normally after say one or 2 purchases you would think there was a problem and not continue to buy gems.
Your contract is with Apple but Apple have a right to question your request for a refund. Personally you cant say that over a period of time you purchased £600 and never received anything. I'm being honest with you, I cant see how you can run a bill up to that much and then complain.
I will come right out but have you spent more than you can afford?
I going to be honest again and say I'm sorry your story does not seem accurate. A period of time is now a day.
while I understand its a lot of money to spend on an app it's down to the individual to control his spending or for parents to activate restrictions.
your memory is bad one moment then it's over a day yet you have receipts so it's all a bit off track. You need to be honest about what has happened so that people can help you.
Danny trust me when I say I am not hear to be mean or upset you, we are all here including the Mods to help you. Take a few moments and let us know what has happened and we can then help you the best we can.
Ok then you will have to prove you did not receive those gems as you are asking for a refund that amounts to a considerable figure.
Apple do have a right to ask you to seek some advice as i said the emphasis is for you to prove the service/goods were not received.
In this case they are no doubt thinking how you could spend the said amount while not receiving the gems as you have to do multiple purchases.
heres the problem you could claim back through your credit card company depending on what protection you have with the the card if say Apple don't refund. However Apple also have the right to suspend your account using their TOS which you agreed to.
personally I believe you will need to contact Supercell via support as a first step if Apple have instructed you to do so. Its important to keep all forms of communication.
you need to insure you keep the Apple receipts which are sent via email, a copy via your Apple account which you log into and your credit card statements showing these purchases.
So your first step is use the in game support function and email the query you have and wait for assistance.
Don't get me wrong, I feel for you if you have lost that amount of money. But, a couple of questions.
1. How can you spend that much in a day on a game, and not realise you haven't got the hens you say you paid for?
2. How long ago did this happen?
