New Spiderweb Trap

Awesome idea!!! Only think that I could think of the stats can use a little bit of tweaking. Having your golem move slower for 11 seconds may be a little rough :P

But very cool idea.

Pekkas already have teslas that do double damage to them. I feel that we don't really need another PEKKA- affecting thing. Please do not bump, as it is against the forum rules, and doing so excessively can result in a ban. If your idea is good, it will float to the top without you bumping it.
