it would be way too har to take out the heroes, if u use barch and the heroes have splash damage u can never take them out. they already got a boost with the special abilities
Heroes already have a great buff, they would be OP...

The buff only helps in ofence. It would be nice if it applied to defence too.
before i get a load of smart alecy replies along the lines of "your not online in defence how can you activate the abilities" maby it could triger when the hero is first alerted or when they have lost half their hp.
I'm just throwing a quick suggestion out there. if i had given this a lot of planing i would start a new thread about it dont bite my head off
or just make them do splash damage when they die cause they look kinda like exploding lol
No it would make heroes too hard to kill. They already make a huge difference in battles
It'll definitely be helpful on defense, but it will make attacking a lot harder. When posting an idea, make sure to view it from both the attacker's and the defender's point of view.:)
I just would like to say if you find defending heroes ruin your raids you are not very good at clash. They can be killed with about 15 barbs. Heroes are fairly worthless in defence and could use a buff to make them more usefull for holding of attackers.
How about on death like golems just a small splash
OK OK OK. Let me revise. They will only have splash in a .5 block radius. The answer is simple, just put your troops in a circle around them.

what if you can change heroes between 2 modes like an inferno tower. The first mode is how they are at the moment the second one would have splash damage but lower dps or something. Its 1 o'clock in the morning for me i dont have time for details someone else improve on this.

This wouldn't make much difference, really. I already spread my troops when I attack them. I lose very few troops to defending drags if I remember to pull CC troops first, heroes would be no different when pulled. However, heroes would be guaranteed win if the AQ or BK could take out your entire giant or hog stack in just a few hits. Already bad enough if you can't pull them outside or don't see them.
A better balancing move might just be to boost their attack speed and power as they get further from the center of the base. This would cause your troops to die faster if you pull to a corner than if you engage internally.
